A new pop ice-cream store popped in the centre of Athens and studiomateriality is the creative studio behind it.
Blue-colored walls contrasted with yellow ceiling and bubble-pink doors are visible from the street through the blue arched doors that punctuate the front facade. It is a pop and vibrant blend that will refresh you in the mid-day!
Located in Voulis street, one of the busiest narrow streets in the heart of the city center, the cute ice-cream store has been designed by studiomateriality, that offered its service for the branding and the interiors.
The customers can get a swirl taste and get their Instagram shot along with the professional jackhammer that features inside the store but also on the store’s logo.
As if it has popped from the 90s, spoild stands out for its wave of colors and pastel surfaces combined with mechanic and graphic elements.
Witty quotes on a blue tile surface that reflect the store’s philosophy and satisfy all fresh ice-cream’s connoisseurs “Made with Love and Power’’. To melt or not to melt.
“We wanted to merge the softness of an ice-cream with the hard work that the opening of an ice-cream store or a store in general needs nowadays. The swirl of the fresh cream with the swirl of the drill. Creativity mixed it all up!” A creamy taste sprinkled with good taste in design!
